Jackie’s creative eye, coupled with her experience as a lender and a realtor, made her a dream to work with during the purchase of our first home. When visiting properties, she had extremely valuable insight about their conditions, ideas for transforming each house into a home, and costs associated with individual projects. She was always extremely prompt with her communication — not only with us, but also other agents, our lender, and other key stakeholders that we encountered —from the time that we decided to make an offer until closing. Even though we were unfamiliar with and (at times) overwhelmed with the homebuying process, she did a great job explaining everything to us. As stressful as homebuying can be, working with Jackie made the process so much easier. We feel like she did a lot behind the scenes to make the homebuying process as seamless as possible for us, and we really appreciate how much she advocated for us.
