My husband and I are first time buyers trying to navigate the home buying process in the middle of a pandemic, while 8 months pregnant with our first child. It sounds like the plot of a tragic comedy, but Jackie facilitated the entire process in a way that made it completely stress free. From our first call, through masked walk throughs, and 6-feet separate closings, Jackie supplied the knowledge, confidence, and candor to make us feel empowered in our decisions. She has touch points and experience in each part of the process, so you feel supported at each stage. When we'd walk through different homes, she was full of valuable insights about the conditions of different features, ideas on how to transform different spaces, and cost estimates for replacements and renovations. To me, her unique value shone brightest when we put in our offer. First, she anticipated (correctly) what type of offer would be least risky for us, but most valuable for the seller. Then, she went above and beyond in fostering a relationship with the seller's agent and advocating on our behalf. The doors she was able to open for us felt very much like we were getting the VIP experience. We've just spent our first few days in our new home and could not be more pleased
